The Rates and availability are indicated by the colors on the calendar. Here's what the colors and shading mean:

Days with a Light Background are available. The blue green red color indicates the weekly rate as shown in the key above.

Days with a Gray Background are reserved.

The days with gray on the left mean someone is checking out in the morning. That means that night is available and checking in after 3:00 pm is fine.

Days with gray on the right mean someone is checking in that afternoon, but the morning is still available until 11:00 am.

During the summer we rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, but outside the summer season we can rent for as few as three nights.

You may check-in anytime after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 11:00 am on your last day.

Rates are for one side and include the house cleaning. Tax is additional.
